Justin Boening, Jennifer Kronovet, David Tomas Martinez & Noah Warren

JUSTIN BOENING is the winner of the National Poetry Series for his debut collection, Not on the Last Day, but on the Very Last. He is also a recipient of a Discovery/Boston Review Poetry Prize, a Bucknell University Stadler Fellowship, and a Poetry Society of America National Chapbook Fellowship for his chapbook, Self-Portrait as Missing Person. Boening’s poems have appeared in Boston Review, Copper Nickel, Kenyon Review Online, Los Angeles Review of Books Quarterly, and Narrative Magazine, among others. He’s a co-founding editor of Horsethief Books.

JENNIFER KRONOVET’s new book of poetry, THE WUG TEST, was selected for the National Poetry Series. It comes out from Ecco Press in October. She is also the author of the poetry collection AWAYWARD (BOA Editions). Under the name Jennifer Stern, she co-translated EMPTY CHAIRS (Graywolf), the poetry of Chinese writer Liu Xia.

DAVID TOMAS MARTINEZ is the author of Hustle (Sarabande Books, 2014) and the forthcoming Crosshatched (Sarabande Books, 2016). He is finishing his PhD in poetry at the University of Houston. Martinez lives in Brooklyn, New York. 

NOAH WARREN is the author of The Destroyer in the Glass, winner of the Yale Series of Younger Poets. His poems appear or are forthcoming in Poetry, The Southern Review, AGNI, The New England Review, The Missouri Review, American Poets, and elsewhere. He lives in San Francisco and is a Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford.
