Academy of American Poets launches the latest issue of American Poets with Jennifer Chang, Meghan O'Rourke & Deborah Paredez

Join us for the launch of the Fall-Winter 2017 issue of American Poets magazine with readings by Jennifer Chang, Meghan O'Rourke, and Deborah Paredez. 

Jennifer Chang's most recent poetry collection is Some Say the Lark (Alice James Books, 2017). She currently serves as an assistant professor at George Washington University and lives in Washington, D.C..

Meghan O'Rourke's most recent poetry collection is Sun in Days (W.W. Norton, 2017). She teaches at Princeton University and New York University and lives in Brooklyn, New York. 

Deborah Paredez is the author of This Side of Skin (Wings Press, 2002). The cofounder and codirector of CantoMundo, Paredez teaches at Columbia University and lives in New York City.

Launched in 1996, American Poets magazine is published in April and October each year exclusively for the members of the Academy of American Poets. The features in the publication are written by some of today’s most acclaimed and influential poets.
