Glenn Shaheen is the author of the poetry collections Energy Corridor (University of Pittsburgh Press, 2016) and Predatory (University of Pittsburgh Press, 2011), which won the 2010 Agnes Lynch Starrett Prize, and was the runner up for the 2011 Norma Farber First Book Award. He is also the author of the flash fiction chapbook Unchecked Savagery (Ricochet Editions, 2013). His work has appeared in The New Republic, Ploughshares, Mizna, and elsewhere. His full length collection of flash fiction, Carnivalia, will be released by Gold Wake Press in February of 2018. He lives in Queens and teaches at Queensborough Community College.
Virginia Konchan is the author of a book of poetry, The End of Spectacle (Carnegie Mellon, 2018), a collection of short stories, Anatomical Gift (Noctuary Press, 2017), and two chapbooks, including That Tree is Mine (dancing girl press, 2018). Her poetry has appeared in The New Yorker, The New Republic, Boston Review, and elsewhere. Co-founder of Matter, a journal of poetry and political commentary, and Associate Editor for Tupelo Quarterly, she lives in Montreal.
Nathan McClain is the author of Scale (Four Way Books, 2017), the 2017 Gregory Pardlo Frost Place Fellow, and a recipient of scholarships from The Bread Loaf Writers' Conference and Vermont Studio Center. His poems have recently appeared or are forthcoming in American Poets, Callaloo, Hunger Mountain, Southeast Review, and Broadsided, among others. A Cave Canem fellow, he lives in Brooklyn and teaches creative writing at Drew University.
